Ong Commodities has majority controlling interest on its subsidiary Ong First Tradition Pte Ltd, and the other partner being Compagnie Financière Tradition SA. The joint venture marks a major milestone in the pioneering heritage of Ong Commodities.

Ong First Tradition Pte Ltd (OFTPL), a holder of Capital Markets Services license with Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS). OFTPL is also regulated as a Clearing Member of the Singapore Exchange Derivatives Trading (SGX-DT) and the Singapore Mercantile Exchange (SMX). OFTPL provides clearing and execution service for all major futures exchanges globally through traditional and electronic trading systems to its customers.
